Concept: Hospitality and Food and Beverage hubs within Jeddah Historical District Joint endeavor by Hodema, international master planner UNESCO representatives and local specialists Surface: 7,500,000 sqm Hodema’s involvement: Performed a site mapping to identify premium potential plots for hospitality projects Presented recommendations for the development of several Food and Beverage clusters Identified over 70 buildings out of an inventory of 1500 constituting the historical center of the city Prepared and presented sketches, drawings and perspectives of the hotel properties Created the mix of hospitality and Food and Beverage concepts
