Project implementation
Hodema coordinates the execution of a project with third parties: architect, interior designer, and branding agency to ensure proper implementation of the concept by turning ideas into actionable results. We also set up the operation and elaborate the human resources strategy, organization chart and job description in order to successfully launch the project and ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and up to the required quality standards.
