Concept: Food and Beverage cluster featuring seven floors of over 15,000 sqm of high-end office space, open air courtyards, panoramic elevators and additional retail showrooms Hodema’s involvement Undertook a thorough analysis of Jeddah market and performed a SWOT on the location Developed an Food and Beverage mix based on 4 concepts: a modernized Lebanese cuisine franchise, an Italian specialty franchise, a newly created Saudi restaurant concept and a coffee shop Bridged between the franchisors and investors Studied optimal layout options to allocate the optimal spaces of the project Elaborated the preliminary feasibility studies and concluded with optimal negotiation terms for all involved parties
